Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your new walls!

Every wallpaper we make is printed to order especially for you  so we always recommend double-checking your measurements, design choice, and color tones before placing your order.

Because all wallpapers are custom printed, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges once your order has been produced. However, if something isn’t quite right, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your wallpaper arrives damaged, flawed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Email us at info@westcoastwalls.ca with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of original packaging (damage), and
  • a short description of what happened.

We'll review everything and respond accordingly.

Cancellations

We start printing shortly after you place your order to ensure fast delivery.

If you’d like to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or refund.

Color Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen versus in real life due to monitor settings and material texture. If you’re unsure about the shade, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full panels.
