Good news: Our products are USMCA/CUSMA Free Trade compliant, so no high tariffs. Some taxes, brokerage fees, or paperwork may still apply. We’ll include all required documents and support you as needed.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

All orders are processed and sent within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive an order confirmation email and another once it has shipped . After your order has been shipped, please see your tracking (if applicable) for any updates. Once the item has been shipped it is out our hands, any queries regarding package deliveries need to be discussed directly with the shipping provider,  for any further issues after doing so, please contact us. Shipping times vary depending on where your item is being shipped.  Average arrival time is 5 business days but can take up to 14 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide

Shipping fees for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Most orders have tracking but some do not. Use the tracking number to determine order status. Tracking numbers can take a couple days to become visible.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name, order number and email so we can investigate this for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@westcoastwalls.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but immediate reporting of this circumstance is essential.
